Job Summary: The Manager
Capacity, Assets & IT Security Operations will lead a Capacity Management
functional area in infrastructure Service Management, drive the optimization of
Capacity Utilization, Control service assets required to deliver services and
to ensure accurate and reliable information about those assets is maintained
and deploy and maintain the comprehensive enterprise security infrastructure.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities: 
·        
Responsible for capacity Management to deliver
infrastructure services to agreed service levels
·        
IT Hardware and software asset information is
up-to-date, accurate and auditable.
·        
Management and maintenance of End Point
Security.
·        
Communicate and enforce GTSS Software policies,
processes and procedures for management of the Software lifecycle
·        
Provides annual capacity plan, which is reviewed
and amended through the year including capacity utilization/trending reports
·        
Provides background analysis and trend analysis
to support the estimation of future capacity
·        
Manage Capacity and Performance Issues and take
preventive steps to avoid future issues through analysis of Incidents and
Problems
·        
Provide background and trend analysis to support
the estimation of future capacity
·        
Ensures that infrastructure services and
underlying resources are adequately monitored to detect capacity and
performance issues
·        
Ensure that issues logged on issue tracker are
closed within SLA
·        
Tasked with the coordination insurance issues
for IT assets
·        
Identify and drive implementation of capacity
optimization opportunities
·        
Ensure the fixed asset register (FAR) is
accurate and reflects the IT Hardware assets in the field per user and manage
software library
·        
In charge of the coordination and deployment of
Security tools and management of software updates/patches.
·        
Responsible for updating the software asset
information so that it is up-to-date, accurate and auditable on a central
database
·        
Provide leadership to the team
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
·

in a computer related field.
·        
Extensive general technical knowledge of
information technology infrastructure.
·        
Strategic and executive management knowledge.
·        
Certificate in IT service management (ITIL)
·        
Ability to interpret complex data into
meaningful information
·        
Knowledge and experience in Security operations
·        
Demonstrable track record.
·        
Good understanding of the current state and
strategic direction of IT Infrastructure.
·        
Strong understanding of the business climate and
technology needs in the global enterprise.
·        
Negotiation experience, particularly across the
geographies and cultures of a global organisation.
·        
Experience in dealing with global customers and
suppliers, preferably in a relationship/account/executive management role
·        
Broad technical knowledge and understanding of
information technology infrastructure.
·        
Strategic and executive management knowledge.
·        
Certificate in IT service management (ITIL)
·        
Ability to interpret complex data into
meaningful information
·        
Knowledge and experience in Security operations
·        
Good understanding of the current state and strategic
direction of IT Infrastructure.
