Job Summary: The BID Assistant will be responsible for
identifying and monitoring children at risk, UAM, SC and document cases by
filling of Best Interest Determination forms, Best Interest Assessment forms,
carry out home visits for follow-ups and to monitor the living conditions of
documented cases, advocate for durable solutions.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicant for the American Refugee
    Committee (ARC) International BIO Assistant  career placement should hold a Bachelor’s
    degree in social work, community psychology, development studies,
    counseling.
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in child
    protection in an NGO especially in conducting BIDs/BIAs for Children at
    risk.
  • Excellent report writing, communication and
    analytical skills.
  • Ability to ride with a valid license.
