Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant carries out a wide
range of administrative and office support activities for the department,
managers and other staff to facilitate the efficient operation of the
organization. This position requires an individual who possesses excellent
organizational skills and the disposition to work well with other department
members.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Create and modify documents using Microsoft
    Office
  • Organize and coordinate meetings,
    conferences, travel arrangements
  • Communicate verbally and in writing to answer
    inquiries and provide information
  • Work closely with internal and external
    contacts
  • The incumbent maintains documents, office files
    and records for the purpose of providing up-to-date reference and audit
    trail for
  • Ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate the flow of information both
    internally and externally
  • Maintain schedules and calendars
  • Update and maintain office supply inventories
  • Setup workstation and office orientation for
    new employees
  • Perform any other duties as assigned
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate for the Administrative
    Assistant career opportunity should hold a diploma or higher in Business
    administration or social sciences.
  • A minimum of two years’ experience handling
    administrative duties
