Job Summary: The Chief Technical
Officer for CAMUSAT will be coordinating and ensuring the entire execution
process of telecommunication works.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Perform general planning of the activities of
    civil construction sites GSM
  • Plan running activities of electrical connections
    on GSM sites under the legal procedures and customer interests
  • Always check the stage of teams subordinated
    projects
  • Maintain the contact with customer for solving
    all problems about execution of sites GSM
  • Estimate costs construction sites for customer
    and is responsible for managing internal resources and contractors so that
    costs for each work to fall on budget
  • Coordinate the construction of GSM sites
  • Manages every stage of the process of achieving
    GSM sites from design stage to completion of the work and its reception by
    the customer
  • Check periodically the quality of the execution
    GSM sites
  • Establishes the responsibilities of each
    employee
  • Be involved in making plans for team
    development (recruitment, motivation, promotion, etc.)
  • Follow smooth running of all projects from
    Technical Department by Project Managers
  • Verify the employees compliance with internal
    rules and Health and Safety procedures
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The CTO should possess a technical higher
    education qualification
  • A minimum of five years’ experience in the same
    position
  • Strategic Thinking skills
  • Possess the ability to anticipate and mitigate
    problems
  • Highly developed leadership skills
  • Possess high degree of discretion and
    Confidentiality
  • High organisation skills and respect of
    deadlines
  • Possess the ability to coordinate and complete
    multiple projects at the same time.
  • Stress tolerance
  • Excellent Computer literacy skills
