Bank Limited, Kenya; it started operations in June 2012 as a fully licensed
commercial bank.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:  The Head of Corporate Banking will be charged
with ensuring NC Bank’s corporate banking activities sore beyond its competitors.
  • Take lead
    of a team of Relationship Managers in serving corporate customers.
  • Offering
    customers with competitive products and services so as to make NC Bank
    their preferred Bank of choice.
  • Ensuring
    strict adherence to credit policies, KYC/AML requirements and all relevant
    banking regulations
  • Responsible
    for ensuring that the business unit’s performance is in line with budget
    expectations.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The
    applicant must hold a good bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
    An MBA will be an added advantage.
  • Possess a
    good understanding of lending principles, regulations and the inherent
    risks in advancing various types of credit facilities both in theory as
    well as from practical experience.
  • Must have
    a commanding knowledge of the requirements of businesses and companies
    operating in Uganda
  • Possess
    at least five years’ experience in commercial banking three of which must
    have been at management level in Corporate Banking.
