About Us:
Our client, a leading Health Supply
Chain Management Organisation that specialises in Logistics and Supply Chain
Management Services for pharmaceutical products and health commodities is
seeking to recruit for the following positions to support their projects:
Job Summary: The Monitoring and
Evaluation Advisor will steer the monitoring, evaluation, tracking and
information control of the project for effective delivery and timely corrective
action.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Development
    & Implementation of M&E framework and tools for mid-term and
    annual evaluation
  • Development
    and tracking of relevant Key performance Indicators for the project.
  • Steer the
    Capacity building of teams at the health center facilities in Monitoring
    and Evaluation.
  • Periodic
    reporting of performance of the project with recommendations for remedial
    action.
  • Managing
    the implementation & Utilization of the selected LMIS database.
  • Management
    of project statistical information.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The
    applicant must possess a Master’s degree in public health, demography,
    statistics or related field.
  • A minimum
    of five years’ experience in evaluation designs, development of indicators
    and data analysis with proven record in monitoring and evaluation.
  • Prior
    experience in development of performance monitoring plans
  • Good
    understanding and acquaintance with supply chain concepts and
    pharmaceutical logistics indicators
  • Possess
    the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent
    Communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability
    to meet tight deadlines
