Job Summary: The EHS Environmental Engineers will primarily use
scientific and engineering principles, environmental engineers develop
solutions to environmental problems

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The environmental engineer performs a
variety of engineering work in designing, installing, operating and
maintaining measuring apparatus necessary to determine the level of
pollutants involving air, land and water. - This position ascertains levels of
pollution and recommends appropriate action to assure conformance with
state, and country legislation and regulations regarding environmental
control. - The environmental engineer assists with
overall planning and installation of equipment revision relating to
environment. She/he performs tests or experiments requiring the use of
nonstandard procedures and complex instrumentation. - Act as a contact person between the
company and regulatory agencies concerned with environmental control.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The EHS Environmental Engineer must
possess a good Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field. - The prospective applicant must have five
or more years’ professional experience. - Excellent Problem-solving skills
- Organizational, communication, planning,
customer focus - Managerial courage
- Priority setting.
- Candidates with manufacturing background
and, experience in EHS area will be at an advantage - Prior experience in working in substations
and have worked in high voltage areas. - Highly self motivated and able to
multitask. - Computer skills are mandatory
