positions for the Uganda Operations that are based at Head Office and our
various Regional Offices.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the
management and process flow of all the insurance products, management of
claims and loss control activities, management of relationships with third
party service providers including sales teams or brokers. - In charge of Policy
administration, Risk management with insurance in compliance with all
applicable legislation in the insurance sector.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Bayport Financial Services Insurance Manager
should ideally possess a Business degree or preferably a Master’s level in economics,
accounting or business administration. Insurance Certification will be an
added advantage. - At least eight (8) years post
qualification experience with 3 years in a management position in a
regulated financial institution; with experience in managing products in
the Insurance Industry.
