1995. CBC has two plants, one in Mbarara and one in Namanve, Kampala, which has
since set new standards for bottling operations in Uganda. CBC has 664
employees.

Job Summary:  The Graduate Trainee will have hands-on
experience in the department of choice. The graduates will gain valuable
experience that will qualify them to many exciting opportunities within the
company.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
  • The competition for places in our graduate
    programme is strong, so applicants need to demonstrate a history of
    academic achievement at a high level.
  • We are seeking for graduates with at least
    a second class upper in an honors degree in Logistics & Distribution
    Management, Warehousing Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Mechanical
    & Manufacturing), Industrial Chemistry, Food Science, Business
    Administration, Arts in Economics, Quantitative Economics, Statistics,
    Finance and Accounting.
  • The Graduate Trainee should have graduated
    either within the last two (2) years or just finished (yet to graduate).
  • The applicant must have passed UACE with
    at least a C for each subject and must have passed with at least a Credit
    in Math and English in UCE:
  • The Graduate trainee should also possess
    the following behavioural competencies i.e. high self-motivation, highly
    talented, good communication skills, excellent team player, flexible,
    adaptable, resourceful and lastly, exhibit cultural diversity and
    sensitivity.
