• The job holder will be
  tasked to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, job
  evaluations and performance management / measurement, and keep and develop
  appropriate database.
• Responsible for staff
  recruitment (adverts, applicant evaluation, interviews, contracts,
  orientation)
• Ensure compliance with
  legal and statutory requirements for HR and finance management.
• Prepare advance
  requests and payment vouchers for both cash and bank payments.
• Do follow-up on
  advance accountability
• Prepare timely monthly
  accounts.
• Perform any other
  related job tasks as assigned by the supervisor

• The Project Driver
  should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management with
  financial skills, Business Administration (HR specialisation) or Accounting
  with strong HR experience.
• A minimum of four years’
  relevant professional work experience.
• Possess high level of
  ethics and integrity, good communication skills.
• Good working knowledge
  of budgeting and accounting procedures.
• Good knowledge and understanding
  of development issues.
