About Us:
The
Kalangala Infrastructure Services Project consists of the ownership, financing,
upgrade, construction, operation and maintenance of two roll-on roll-off
passenger and vehicle ferries, the upgrade of the island’s 66km main road from
a dirt road to a gravel road, a series of solar-powered pump based water supply
systems, along with the Kalangala Renewables Project in each case to serve the
population, institutions and businesses of Bugala Island, Kalangala District,
Uganda.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • The Customer Care Officer will be primarily responsible
    for the company community Relations
  • Handle all sales and marketing of company services and
    products.
  • Process all customer complaints ensuring proper service
    delivery.
  • Ensuring that the company attains and expands the required
    customer base to achieve its financial goals.
  • Act as the focal contact person to direct necessary
    inquires to those appropriate to respond to them.
  • Manage the customer care department with due diligence.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by
    the supervisor.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • The applicant should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Sales
    and Marketing or related.
  • Customer centricity
  • Possess high levels of integrity
