About Us:
Our
client, an established distributor of FMCG products in the East African Region
is interested in recruiting young, talented and experienced Ugandans to fill
the following key positions:-
Job Summary: The Vehicle
Maintenance Supervisor will ensure effective management of company vehicle
fleet & availability of company vehicles in good mechanical conditions.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
  • Manage company drivers & vehicle fleet
    performance.
  • Manage & coordinate vehicle fleet
    maintenance and repair works.
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation on
    all service & repair works done.
  • Analysis & preparation of periodic reports
    on vehicle fleet performance.
  • Enhance asset management & value by
    monitoring vehicle performance & defects fixing. Establish &
    manage relationships with mechanical workshops for quality repair work.
  • Ensure company compliance to traffic & road
    safety act. 
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
  • The prospective applicant should possess a
    Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • At least three (3) years experience in Auto
    Maintenance or Fleet management area.
  • Motor vehicle mechanics knowledge
  • Fleet management experience
