Job Summary: The  Manager – Support Centre will be responsible
for all aspects of managing office, support FreeBalance customers and
demonstrate leadership to local team members. Key to the role is the ability to
demonstrate previous experience in customer support, leadership, capacity
building and demonstrating your human resource experience. You will play a role
in building capacity, training and become a product expert to support the
African region and local offices.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage to Support
    Centre using the FreeBalance Global Support Methodology
  • Provide timely and
    accurate response to customer requests
  • Management of
    day-to-day operational requirements of office management
  • Maintain strong and
    position relationships with FreeBalance client representatives
  • Use effective
    leadership skills to direct all phases of a project assignment in planning
    and executing programs/projects supports centre
  • Create and execute
    support project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing
    needs and requirements
  • Assess and minimize
    our exposure and risk on all cases and report using support program
  • Work closely with the
    customer providing status updates to senior officials including project steering
    committee when required
  • Effectively apply our
    methodology and enforce project standards
  • Identify resources
    needed and assign individual responsibilities to support team
  • Prepare necessary
    support, training documents and ensure documents are complete prior to
    submission to the customer or FreeBalance Management
  • Manage subcontractors
    and deliverables
  • Manage support
    execution to include internal/external process improvement
  • Provide mentoring
    support centres for best practices and techniques
  • Liaise between
    FreeBalance and its international support centres for on key projects
  • Train and mentor support
    personnel and or clients on the use of FreeBalance software in order to
    ensure self-sufficiency and sustainability
  • Build confidence in
    FreeBalance reputation in the market
  • Some travel to other
    FreeBalance regions and customers for business meetings will be required
  • Participate with other
    projects in Africa region for implementation when required
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • The applicant should
    hold a University Degree in Business Administration, Bachelor of Commerce
    and or Human Resources
  • At least five years
    experience on managing people
  • Seven or more years
    experience in Human Resources
  • Strong analytical
    skills and proven ability to identify and resolve problems
  • Demonstrated
    experience working with customers resulting in a positive and ongoing
    relationship
  • Professional demeanor
    to customer and colleagues
  • Proven ability to
    deliver effective training programs will be considered an asset
  • Knowledge and or
    background with ERP systems is considered an asset
  • Previous working
    experience with Governments is considered an asset
