Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
  • The job holder will be responsible for handling
    appointments, employment contracts, disciplinary matters, terminations and
    other labour related matters /issues
  • Handle criminal matters in relation to
    theft by employees or third parties
  • Handle debt recovery court cases, seizures
    through court bailiffs, coordination with advocate firms appointed by the
    company
  • Assist in the acquisition of land and
    other properties
  • Handle commercial claims with suppliers
    and insurance companies.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
  • The applicant should possess Bachelor’s
    Degree in Law
  • At least three years’ experience in a busy
    firm
  • The job suitor should be a practicing law
    advocate / counsel
