Job Summary: The Human Resource Manager will offer

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- The applicant should possess an internationally
recognized degree in a relevant field with demonstrated knowledge of
Uganda labour laws & Employment Act – 2006. - At least five years experience in senior
HR management - Proven leadership skills
- At least three years managing staff.
- Experience in fast and large scale
recruitment - Good people management skills
- Proven recruitment and selection skills
- Attention to detail
- Confidentiality and discretion is a must
- Excellent report writing skills
- Excellent computer literacy skills i.e.
Word processing, Outlook, Internet and spreadsheets to perform assigned
tasks - Ability to lead, manage & implement
complex processes to successful conclusion - Experience in senior management liaising
on HR planning and reporting - Ability to write complex reports, policies
and procedures
