Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Client Accounts:
  • Process
    staff expense claims for reimbursement
  • Prepare
    cost estimates/quotations for approval by the client
  • Prepare
    requisitions for recurrent expenses
  • Track
    and monitor expenditure against the approved budgets
  • Prepare
    monthly summaries of the expenses and collate the supporting documents
  • Ensure
    the clients are invoiced every month and the supporting documents
    submitted together with the invoice
  • Prepare
    the monthly payroll inputs
  • Organize
    trainings – venue booking, meals, accommodation, equipment hire, etc
  • Assist
    the HR & Admin. Manager in matters relating to staff e.g. medical
    scheme administration, leave management, recruitment, etc
2. General:
  • Office
    cash management for the group
  • Maintain
    the accounting records for the group (cash books, monthly expenditure
    analysis vs. budgets, etc)
  • Process
    supplier and other payments
  • Review
    project expenses
  • Prepare
    monthly cash projections/budgets
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • The
    candidate should possess a Business degree from a recognised university
    CPA II or ACCA equivalent
  • Two
    years experience in a similar position in a large or medium-size company
  • Proficiency
    in the use of: Pastel or any other accounting software,  MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
