recruiting for the following positions for the Uganda Operations that are based
at Head Office and our various Regional Offices.

Job Summary: The job holders will be
responsible for responding
to customer inquiries and attending to and resolving all issues they raise and
ensuring all clients are served as per Bayport Customer Care standards.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Professionally handle
    incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both
    promptly and accurately.
  • Thoroughly and
    efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer
    needs, educate the customers where applicable, to prevent need for future
    complaints.  
  • Provides quality
    service and support in a variety of areas to the customer, staff and the
    management team.
  • Assists the sales team
    with incoming requests for new services and facilitate a warm hand over to
    the sales Agent, Branch Manager and Regional Manager.
  • Partners with the
    Customer Care Manager to coordinate issues regarding the customers.
  • Continuously evaluates
    and identifies opportunities to drive process improvement that positively
    impact our customers’ experience.
  • Maintains a balance
    between company policies and customer benefit in decision making
  • Compiles and generates
    reports as they relate to customer care satisfaction.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • The applicant should
    hold a diploma Holder in any discipline in Humanities from a recognized
    institution of higher learning.
  • At least six months
    experience in banking or financial institutions.
  • Interpersonal and
    communication skills.
  • Computer Skills.
  • Ability to give
    attention to detail( Analytical Skills)
  • Customer Care and
    handling skills.
  • Cash Handling Skills

    Skills.
