Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Attend to project Affected Person (PAPs) 
  • Compile a monthly list of frequently asked
    questions 
  • Assist to put PAPs and any other progress
    reports together 
  • Assist when requested to organise meetings
    and take minutes of meetings 
  • Actively seek out information not readily
    available 
Communication and Teamwork :
  • Ensure that there is effective flow of
    information within the team 
  • Assist the PM to oversee the activities in
    the Communication Center 
  • Ensure that video / audio copies of
    meetings are well kept to act as evidence of what was agreed. 
  • Be a part of the team and respect team
    members for their differing contribution to the team 
General: 
  • Assist colleagues in as necessary during
    high workloads 
  • Perform any other duties as reasonably
    requested 
  • Prioritize work to ensure that urgent and
    important work is completed involvement in adhoc projects
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:

The applicant should hold a relevant Bachelor’s
Degree
Technical Competencies:

  • Attention to detail 
  • Technical capability 
  • Understanding of technical standard (s) 
  • Project delivery 
  • Familiarity with relevant software 
  • Excellent analytical skills
