in the world to eradicate poverty by overcoming the injustices and the inequity
that cause it.
Officer will implement Programmes for identification of community poverty
issues, plan, and manage development interventions while working with Partners
and other development actors in accordance with the Local Rights Strategic Plan
and Country Strategic Paper IV
- Plan,
implement, and monitor program activities, prepare and submit periodic
reports that address community priority poverty issues in line with the
LRP plans and Country Strategic Paper IV - Build
the institutional and programme capacity of partners to implement Program
activities in line with the partnership MOU’s, LRP plans and the Country
Strategic Paper IV - Participate
in the mobilization and provide justification for utilization of resources
to addressing existing funding gaps at the LRP and partner requirements. - Plan,
Implement, evaluate and report on child sponsorship activities within the
LRP in accordance to the sponsorship Policy and Communications guidelines.
- Promote
AAIU image and provide technical support to stakeholders in line with the
Organizational mission vision and values.
- The
candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Development studies or Social
Sciences from a recognized institution, Certificate in project planning
and management is an added advantage. - One
to two years of relevant working experience from a recognized institution,
preferably an NGO. The applicants must be able to demonstrate the
