About TILLC:
Tulane International (TILLC) is
a wholly owned subsidiary of Tulane University, a US-based tertiary education
institution. TILLC has been present in Uganda since 1998. TILLC seeks
candidates for office operations support and for a number of management,
technical and consultant positions for anticipated programs in Uganda.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  
  • The
    Project Manager should posses a minimum of five years of experience in
    project management, supervision, administration, and implementation of
    cooperative agreement and/or contract requirements (including meeting
    deadlines, achieving targets, and overseeing the preparation and
    submission of required reports);
  • Ability
    to establish and maintain systems for project operations;
  • Ability
    to maintain working relationships with all project stakeholders;
  • Possess
    the ability to engage in coalition building and public-private partnership
    promotion
  • Experience
    in a leadership role in implementing development projects relevant the
    youth.
