leading investor in the emerging markets, managing over US$4.8bn worth of
investment on behalf of more than 100 institutional investors, including the
Commonwealth Development Corporation (CDC), a UK Government owned company.

Job Summary: The Job holder will be
responsible for the Organisation and People development in Engineering Services



Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Design
    and Maintenance of dynamic organisation to deliver the CTO business plan
  • Development
    of CTO Manpower Plan
  • Creation
    and Maintenance of CTO people database for business use to include
    Trainings and SOR authorization
  • Acquisition
    of staff for the organisation
  • People
    development including competences and skills needs delivery
  • Training
    school management
  • Staff
    Budget development and management
  • Contribute
    to CTO strategies and plans

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • The
    candidate should hold a university Degree with 7 (seven) years experience
    in experience in people management.
  • Good
    working knowledge of Engineering services and especially the categories of
    skills required.
  • Knowledge
    of engineering and technical people resource market and IT skills.
  • Possess
    a capacity to translate business needs into appropriate organisation
    designs and structures.
  • Tenacious
    and determined in delivery of development programmes with ability to
    objectively select the right people for Engineering services
