About TILLC:
Tulane International (TILLC) is
a wholly owned subsidiary of Tulane University, a US-based tertiary education
institution. TILLC has been present in Uganda since 1998. TILLC seeks
candidates for office operations support and for a number of management,
technical and consultant positions for anticipated programs in Uganda.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  
  • The
    Deputy Program Director should possess a Master’s degree in law, political
    science, international development, or in a related discipline such as
    social science is highly preferred;
  • Demonstrated
    experience of the judiciary and legal systems in Uganda;
  • He
    / She should have at least five years of work experience in human rights,
    rule of law, democracy, or governance with a particular focus on
    entrenching multiparty democracy and
  • Three
    years’ experience in providing technical assistance and capacity building
    (technical, organizational and financial management) support to government
    institutions and or civil society organizations.
