About ZPEB:
Zhongyuan petroleum Exploration
(ZPEB) is an active petroleum engineering service company operating worldwide.
To facilitate its business in Uganda, its local affiliate ZPEB Uganda Co Ltd is
now seeking to recruit competent personnel in the following positions on
contract Terms of Service.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Proactively
    participate and engage in incident investigations.
  • Prepare
    plant layout, equipment list, capital a estimate and operating cost
    estimate. Developing all chemistry related processes.
  • Decide
    on the most effective arrangement of operations mixing, crushing and heat
    transfer etc.
  • Conducting
    experiments a calculating temperature and pressure during the industrial
    process:
  • Offering
    technical expertise, leadership and direction to various work groups.
  • Developing
    strict safety guidelines are making sure they adhered to.
  • Participate
    in building small-scale models of the act processing facilities.
  • Responsible
    for the research and development of biochemical products.
  • Ability
    to use a variety of biotechnology equipments.
  • Charged
    with the setting and implementing of all chemical processes.
  • Use
    chemical engineering concepts on chemical finish the project efficiently
    and successfully.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • The
    prospective candidate must possess three years experience as a chemical
    engineer in the oil field experience providing resolution to a diverse
    scope and range problems at the well site.
  • Ideally,
    He / She should have experience of radioactive source handling and be able
    to assist with their use.
  • Computer
    literacy skills with proficient knowledge of several universal software
  • Ability
    to work in a team environment
  • A
    minimum of a chemical n engineering degree. 
  • An off shore medical
    certificate and offshore survival certificate is an added advantage.
