• Assist
  in the management and delivery of highways schemes (mainly large Road
  schemes) including budgeting and resourcing
• Provide
  Professional and Technical Excellence in highway engineering
• Provide
  technical assistance and training to less experienced staff
• Prepare
  designs, reports, specifications and other deliverables for highways
  schemes.
• Allocate
  tasks to other members of the Highways Team and monitor progress.
• Monitor
  the designs and deliverables produced to ensure they meet the design
  briefs set by clients
• Ensure
  designs and deliverables are appropriate and meet the expected levels of
  technical excellence.
• Seek
  innovation in the delivery of schemes and techniques used to design and
  construct them.
• Ensure
  the internal company quality system is actively applied to all highways
  schemes. 

• The
  candidate should hold a graduate degree in Civil Engineering from a
  recognized institution and/or other additional qualifications related to
  the job
• Possess
  good interpersonal skills and computer knowledge.
• Ability
  to work independently
• Seven
  or more years of relevant experience in similar position.
• Post
  graduate and Professional Registration will be an added advantage.
