Computer Frontiers, Inc. is looking for a bi-lingual English/French Technical
Project Manager to lead a team of technicians supporting several multinational
clients based across several countries in Africa.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • The Manager will perform the day-to-day
    management of operations providing remote network management of services,
    and dispatch of local technical support when required.
  • This position will also provide subject
    matter expert in defining job costs, for on-site and remote work, and
    special projects required by clients.
  • This manager will work closely with CFI
    Management,  and  insure that all operations are running
     smoothly, to ensure that performance  meets  or exceeding
    Quality Requirements, manage staff to successfully complete customer
    requests, identify and suggest industry best practices, and maintain the
    highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • The Manager will maintain and revise
    budgets, and manage project execution, schedules, costs and risks.
  • This position will also be responsible for
    reviewing for accuracy customer and subcontractor invoices. 
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
  • Management of the delivery of technical
    and management services for performance-based,
  • Remote Managed Network Services.
  • IT Infrastructure Operations experience:
  • Overseeing service delivery for Network.
  • Telecommunications.
  • End-User Support (Desktop, Laptop,
    Wireless Devices, Printers, and Help Desk) services.
  • Experience with performing and managing
    all the following types of deliverables:
  • Service performance level monitoring and
    reporting;
  • Full-life cycle customer satisfaction
    survey management;
  • Vendor technical and cost proposal review;
  • Business process improvement;
  • Computer incident response and ensuring
    security policies are implemented vulnerability scanning;
  • Paper and hands-on technology evaluations.
  • Management of full-range Service Level
    Agreement (SLA), to include SLA design; monitoring,
    measurement and evaluation; reporting; and of tracking financial
    performance incentives and
    disincentives.
  • Successful track record of doing business
    development within a contract to include, marketing and
    sales plan development/execution, and technical/cost proposal development.
  • Experience with human resources
    management:
  • Experience in Project plans, cost,
    schedule and performance metrics, and project management
    processes and frameworks.
  • The candidate will also conduct briefings;
    prepare talking points, status reports and
    presentations/meetings on a regular basis.
  • Respond to Clients’ inquiries and perform
    other associated duties as required
  • At least ten years of IT Operation
    experience with a minimum of 4 years of supervisory
    experience in IT remote managed network services or outsourcing.
  • End-to-end management of full-range
    Service Level Agreement (SLA) lifecycle.
  • Strong written and oral communications in
    French and English.
  • Ability to manage client expectations and
    identify potential new business opportunities within the contract.
  • Energetic, business-driven, and
    customer-oriented manager.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to complete multiple projects
    with tight schedules and deliver high-quality results.
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical
    skills.
