Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment, selection and placement of
    staff into the appropriate organization structure.
  • Training and Development of staff in line
    with career aspirations.
  • Management of Staff Compensation, benefits
    and reward through regular salary surveys, etc
  • Maintenance of sound industrial relations
    through efficient resolution of staff grievances, maintenance of effective
    internal communications etc
  • Performance Management and Career
    Development.
  • Staff Welfare including Medical Schemes,
    Sports Teams, interments etc
  • General Administration of staff
    information, Terms of Service, Staff Policies, Staff Surveys, Redundancy
    Schemes etc
  • Leadership Culture Change initiatives.
  • Management of the Provident Fund 
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
  • The job holder should possess a Masters
    degree in Human Resource or a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource
    Management
  • At least two to three years of related HR experience
