HAU:
Hospice Africa Uganda (HAU)
(national organization) has been working in Uganda since 1993 and has promoted
modern methods of pain and symptom control as well as “whole-person” (holistic)
care for patients living with cancer and HIV/AIDS. HAU strives to uphold
excellent clinical standards and provide quality education courses and advocacy
activities to promote spread of palliative care throughout Uganda and Africa.
Hospice Africa Uganda has a head office in Kampala, site offices in Mbarara and
Hoima Districts.
Job
Summary:
 The Drivers and Security Guards will offer driving
and security services to aid provision of comprehensive and integrated care for
terminally ill cancer/or AIDS patients and their families.
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:
  • For
    Drivers, Possess a valid driving licence, with a minimum of two years
    experience driving for a reputable organization.
  • Good
    oral and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
  • For
    Security Guards, The job holder should possess an A level certificate,
    basic training in security, with a minimum of two (2) years experience
    working for a reputable organization.
  • Good
    oral and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
