Busitema University is a Ugandan
university established by Statutory Instrument No. 22, 2007 enacted by
Parliament on 10th May 2007. The University holds a pivotal and
challenging responsibility as the only public University in the Eastern region
to play a major role in its development. Busitema University offers a variety
of unique choices to ensure that a student follows a rewarding academic path
according to their interests and capabilities.
In addition to academics, students have opportunities to develop new relationships,
many of which will last a lifetime. Leadership capacity building is prioritized
so as to prepare students to play leadership roles in society. Recreational

Job Summary: The Deputy
University Secretary will deputize the University Secretary in the leadership
and coordination of all the general administrative functions of the University.

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicant should possess a Masters
Degree in Business Administration from a recognized University. - The Job holder should possess at least six
(6) years of working experience in senior management positions in a
reputable organization. - Computer literacy i.e. knowledge of office
applications is a requirement.
