Duties and Responsibilities:
  • The
    profit and loss management of the UTL Shops
  • Achieving
    sales targets
  • Delivering
    good customer experience in the UTL shops
  • People
    and performance management
  • Maintaining
    the UTL Brand Look and Feel of the shops
  • Ensuring
    adherence to Policies and procedures
  • Monitoring
    and managing shop stock levels
     
Qualifications,
Skills & Experience:
  • 2-3
    years experience managing shops (Service Centers).
  • Background
    in managing the Customer Experience
  • Good
    leadership skills
  • Good
    Interpersonal skills
  • Strong
    customer service skills
  • Good
    analytical skills
