  the efforts of multiple client engagements in a wide variety of public
  sector institutions 
• Maintain active communication with clients to manage
  expectations and ensure satisfaction

  and serve as a business advisor to client team with other partners and
  senior managers an proposals and business development calls.
• Understand
  and manage firm risk on audits arid proposals.
• Manage,
  develop, train, and mentor staff on projects and assess performance for engagement
  and year-end reviews
• Actively
  participate in recruiting talent to the firm.
• Attend
  professional development, networking events and training seminars on a
  regular basis. 
• Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and
  strict client confidentiality.
• Proven
  track record in terms of driving the strategy of a business and giving
  regional strategy with the global strategy ensuring operational
  effectiveness of a team delivering and executing audit assignments in
  public sector strong network and ability to build and maintain
  relationships
• Ability
  to add value strategically and set and achieve business objectives

• Candidate
  must possess a professional qualification of CPA/ACCA
• CISA
  would be an added advantage for selection
• The
  candidate should be operating as a partner and have significant exposure
  to public sector with established relationships
