Job Summary: You’ll look at markets, trends and competitors to understand the medium to long-term business landscape, and identify where we are now and what we need to do to move forward. You’ll then work with the Managing Director to effectively deliver the strategy on the ground. You will work closely with the Sales teams ensuring objectives and results are aligned to the company’s targets. Additionally, you’ll shape and develop our approach by identifying new business avenues and integrating objectives into the overall business strategy.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·         Degree in Business, Economics, Management – related degrees
·         Postgraduate study – Preferred but not essential.
·         Must have previous experiences of working for an international business or with a leading corporate company in Managerial positions of authority and having decision making responsibility.
·         Experience in field of IT, Electronics, Telecommunications is preferred.
Confident, credible and persuasive, a strategic, commercially-focused thinker, you’re used to working with the most senior and influential stakeholders.
·         Naturally, your communication skills are second to none, and you’re able to understand complex issues and turn analysis into actions.
·         The proven ability to deliver business improvements by turning strategies into action is vital.
·         Target-driven, self-motivated individual that is able to structure strong partnerships with Uganda’s leading companies.
·         IT proficiency with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
·         Highly Proficient in English language.
