Key Duties &
Responsibilities:
·
Assist
making and confirming reservations for passengers, selling tickets for the airlines.
·
Sell
& Serve customers professionally through telephone or in person in order to
achieve customer satisfaction, generate revenue, and take all possible measures
to avoid loss of revenue.
·
Assists
passengers requiring special assistance to board or depart conveyance.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
·
The
must have at least a Diploma certificate from a recognized institution.
·
Candidates
with three years experience in customer service in an Airline / Travel
Industry/ Hospitality will be preferred.
·
IATA
and Amadeus Ticketing experience will be an advantage.
