Job Title: Accounts/Administrative Assistants (2 Vacancies)
Reports to: Regional Manager

Job Summary: The position holder will be responsible for providing financial and administrative support to the regional team as well as maintaining a positive image of Mildmay Uganda at the regional office.
About Mildmay:
Mildmay Uganda is an HIV/AIDS treatment and training centre also providing Health Systems Strengthening to scale up comprehensive HIV/AIDS Services in 16 districts of Central Uganda. Situated on Entebbe Road, Lweza, south of Kampala, Mildmay Uganda is seeking applications from experienced and motivated people interested in a rewarding career undertaking the challenging roles.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
·         Diploma in Accounting, preferably UDBS or ATC with Part 1 of ACCA or CPA
·         S/he must have at least 2 years of accounting work with demonstrable knowledge of Accounting Systems and office management.
·         Computer skills in MS Word and Excel are a requirement for the position.
·         S/he must be a person of strong integrity
·         Good communication and interpersonal skills.
·         Proficiency in various MS office packages and working knowledge of English and local language(s) are crucial.
·         Hard working, trust-worthy, and holding the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality.
·         Must be flexible, reliable, able to work under pressure; and in sympathy with the Christian values of Mildmay Uganda.
·         Evidence of a non-judgemental approach regarding race, religion, culture, sexuality and lifestyle is critical.
