About Sameer Agriculture & Livestock Limited (SALL):
SALL seeks to recruit a progressive, result oriented HR professional for the position of HR Manager. He/She will report to functional HR head and CEO/MD.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
·         Ensure institutionalization of best practices in alignment with corporate HR policies.
·         Oversee and lead all HR functions from workforce planning, recruitment, on boarding, engagement and enhancement of HR capital of the company. Personally monitor implementation of PMS process (based on Balanced Score card) and its linkages with reward and recognition, training and development and other sub systems.
·         Ensure strict compliance of all statutory and other labor and factory related regulations.
·         Previous hands on experience is essential.
·         Maintain productive interfaces with government and community at large.
·         Coordinate with Corporate Head Office and other SALL companies to help develop high performance work culture across the group.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Exposure to SAP/ HRIS shall be an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits: Commensurate with Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge.
