Job Summary: The post holder will coordinate GOAL Uganda’s behavioural change interventions across the country programme. GOAL Uganda is seeking a motivated individual who is as convinced as we are that designing for behavioural change must be the foundation for all our programming. As GOAL Uganda’s country programming is designed to increase sustainability, much of our work with our stakeholders (project participants, Local District Government and civil society partners), relates to building competencies. We do this through designing activities based on Barrier Analysis and a good understanding of the people we work for. Other approaches include training and mentoring.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
·         Qualification and demonstrated experience as a Trainer of Trainers (TOT)
·         3 or more years practical experience in behavioural change programming
·         Training and demonstrated experience in Barrier Analysis
·         Demonstrated experience in implementing Stepping Stones
·         Demonstrated ability to design low literacy training materials
·         Knowledge of local language (Luo)
