Deloitte seeks to recruit for various positions on an anticipated USAID-funded project in Uganda. The program will develop the capacity of public and semi-autonomous agencies in the fields of agricultural project and policy analysis and planning. Intervention areas may include capacity development for improved statistics for project planning, monitoring and evaluation; agricultural policy and advocacy; and agricultural enterprise analysis.
Deloitte is seeking experts in the following areas:
· Agriculture policy regulatory analysis
· Organizational change
· Association strengthening
· Statistical analysis
· ICT
· Monitoring and evaluation
· Market research and analysis
· Advocacy
· Agriculture enterprise analysis
Qualifications:
All candidates must meet the following requirements:
· Advanced degree and at least 8 years of experience in the relevant area of expertise
· Experience working on USAID-funded programs
· Demonstrated management and communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to manage team of long- and short-term consultants
· English fluency required
