Security and Investigations Supervisor Job at New Vision Printing and Publishing Company

The New Vision Printing and Publishing Company Ltd is looking to recruit a dynamic, self motivated individual to fill the role of Security and Investigations Supervisor.
Job Title: Security and Investigations Supervisor
Reports to: Administration Manager.
Key Duties & Functions
·         To proactively review the physical security risks faced by the company and EXCOM residences, initiate risk control measures, supervise security and fire control. systems, conduct security audits, enforce ; security procedures, co-ordinate guard- service providers and liaise with security agencies.
·         Create a security manual and enforce security policy and procedures
·         Compile annual security work plans and review performance on a quarterly basis
·         Assess the optimum level of security control intervention (human and s electronic) appropriate for Vision Group.
·         Monitor security incidents affecting staff, clients and assets and escalate each significant incident.
·         Provide a weekly security brief.
·         Monitor and ensure adequate level of security control at Vision Group premises.
·         Monitor security systems and fire alarms on the premises.
·         Conduct regular security audits.
·         Liaise with and co-ordinate the company’s security and Fire control service with its providers
·         Continually promote security awareness amongst staff.
·         Keeping a close track on security threats and alerting the network as necessary
·         Constant monitoring of security equipment and ensuring its maintenance and timely upgrade in line with the required standards
·         Develop and carry out fraud risk assessments on identified high risk areas
·         Assimilation, analysis, publication and dissemination of fraud awareness material to staff.
