Duties & Responsibilities:
· To lead, oversee analyze the service performance of the distributor and develop situations to ensure market competitiveness sustainability of the company or its operations
· To develop and facilitate the implementation of effective strategies that promote improved business performance in the service operations
· To hold responsibility for the overall management of service revenues and costs to ensure improved business performance in the service operations
Qualifications/ Skills/ Knowledge Required
· Professional qualification in Automotive Engineering
· Minimum 5 years management experience knowledge in service operations- preferably Toyota
· Specific Automotive After sales Business knowledge
· Customer handling skills
· Communication and interpersonal skills
