Location:  Uganda

Reports to: The National Sales Manager

Duties & Responsibilities
·         To deliver on set regional revenue targets in the following channels of business and ensure growth in each area
·         To manage net work efficiency by monitoring regional site fuel allocation and ensure meaningful ROI on Regional sites OPEX

Qualifications:
Applicants must have:
·         5 years leadership of a solutions sales team within the telecommunications or FMCG sector
·         Marketing degree or equivalent plus membership of a professional association
Proven track record of consultative sales

The Successful candidates will demonstrate:
·         Ability to lead the corporate and SME decision making processes to create and deliver shareholder value based on Uganda Telecom's core competence
·         Situational and transformational leadership skills
